Client Experience & Communications Manager (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Position Overview
The Client Experience & Communications Specialist serves as the central point of connection for Sun Fusion and MHK Play Studio, ensuring all client communication is timely, welcoming, and aligned with our brand. This role manages inquiries, supports bookings and memberships, and helps guide clients through our services and programs with confidence and care.
In addition to communication, this position supports marketing efforts through social media engagement, content capture, and promotion execution. They also maintain backend organization, including tracking inquiries, managing systems, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
During scheduled times, this role provides front desk support, assisting with check-ins, client interactions, and maintaining a positive, organized environment.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and naturally builds strong relationships, while balancing both communication and operational responsibilities.
Summer Camp Educator (Full-Time)
A Summer Camp Educator at Sun Fusion & MHK Play Studio plays a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for children throughout the summer. This position blends supervision, hands-on learning, and relationship-building to support children’s growth through play, exploration, and meaningful experiences.
Summer Camp Educators guide daily activities, facilitate STEAM-based learning opportunities, and encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence in each child. They are responsible for maintaining a structured yet flexible environment that supports both group collaboration and individual interests.
This role requires strong leadership, positive communication with children and families, and the ability to think on your feet in a dynamic, outdoor-focused setting. Educators also help model responsibility by supporting daily routines, caring for materials and shared spaces, and fostering a respectful, inclusive camp culture.
